Introduction
This web store is owned by and/or operated by or on behalf of Hardy Amies ("Hardy Amies/we/us"). Our products are available to you on the website subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please note you statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you (the customer acting as consumer) from us (Hardy Amies) the seller for all orders submitted by you for products made available by us for purchase over the web store. Please read these Terms carefully.

Acceptance of orders
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the goods ordered at which point the purchase contract will be made. We will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, however this is only an acknowledgement of your order and does not confirm acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product being unavailable, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall endeavour to contact you.
The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
Price
All prices shown are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%, plus delivery charges.
Delivery
At Hardy Amies we aim to ship your order as soon as possible by 'signed for' courier service. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday service between 9am and 5.30pm and a specific time slot cannot be specified. Please allow 5 working days from placing your order to receipt of goods. Please note during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas, shipping may take longer. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We are currently only able to deliver to your credit card billing address in the UK and the republic of Ireland (however for enquiries from overseas - please contact customerservice@hardyamies.com in the first instance). There is a £6.00 charge for Shipping/Delivery. You will receive a confirmation of order by email when authorisation of payment has been accepted and your order sent.
Returns
Hardy Amies hopes you are 100% happy with your order, however if you are not satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Please see the returns procedure below:
1. Contact us at customerservice@hardyamies.com within 7 days of receiving your order indicating if you require a refund or replacement where we will issue you with a Returns Number.
2. Please detail your Returns Number on your receipt and include with the item you wish to return.
3. We suggest that you send the item via the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund on the returned shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund all the delivery charges incurred.
To return the goods, please be advised that you must return the goods within 14 days of the initial receipt of your order. Please mark your Return Number clearly on your returns form.
Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent we are lawfully able to do so, in no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of or inability to use, this website or any information contained in it or arising out of the services we provide, including loss of profit and the like, whether or not in the contemplation of the parties whether based on breach of contract, tort ( including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This does not affect your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may only use this website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and, in any event, for lawful and proper purposes which includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK or any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing this website.

Hardy Amies provides this site content "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Hardy Amies disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Hardy Amies does not warrant the functions contained in this Site or its content will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its server are free of viruses or other harmful components.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however, we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any Court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the validity of the rest of these Terms and Conditions are the remainder of the provision in question shall not be effected thereby.
